This formula includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which have their own W.C. One shower room and separate W.C. is available on the ground floor for friends and guests!

All the rooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, excepting the studio and its own bathroom on the ground floor. The studio is fully-equipped and practical for people, who have difficulty with stairs, for grandparents or friends, wishing to participate in the holidays at their own pace.

Independant studio; double bed,bathroom ( large walk-in shower,W.C., washbasin), built-in kitchenette, small living-room (sofa-bed sleeps two) and dining area ( seats 2 to 4).

A vast entrance-hall   leads to the guest bathroom and W.C., the boiler/laundry room, a utility and storage room.A sliding door gives discreet access to the back kitchen. A broad staircase leads to the first floor.

Further along the hall is access to one of the largest living areas in the house, open-plan kitchen, dining room, several living rooms and a reading room.

Large bay windows let in ample sunlight and french windows open for access to the terrace and garden.

First floor

A large bedroom with double bed or two singles, a small living area and, concealed by a curtain, the shower, washbasin and W.C.

A second and third brightly-lit bedroom, each with double or two single beds, with access to independant shower room with shower,washbasin and W.C..

The fourth room is a spacious master bedroom with double bed, opening onto the fitness area, a bathroom with large walk-in shower,basins and bath and a living area.
